Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order
Eligibility for Returns:

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the return or exchange.

Defective Items: If the product is defective, please reach out to our customer service team for a return or exchange.

Item Doesn’t Match Website Description: If the item you received is not as described on our website, you can return it within the return window.
Special Circumstances Returns:
Returns outside of our standard policy may be considered under special circumstances. Approval is at the sole discretion of management. Each case will be evaluated individually, and management reserves the right to deny or approve returns based on the situation. Any Approved requests will require a 20% restocking fee
How to Return:

All returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

Once request is made a customer service agent will begin to review and process your return. Please allow 3 to 5 days for return request processing.
Non-Returnable Items:

Items that are returned after the 14-day period.

Items that have been used or damaged due to misuse.

Ecu's due to the high risk of Scam/Fraud

All performance ecu sales.

All Bundled Items and Performance Packs.

All Items Listed as Custom.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your return or issue a refund based on the condition of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
